Here he comes...

Here he comes, here comes speed racer, he's a demon on wheels. Ten bucks says that you are singing the speed racer theme song in your head right now. Finlay after forty years in the making the Speed Racer film will be released. The film will be directed by the Wachowski brothers, who directed the Matrix films, so you know the effects will be intense. The main character and protagonist Speed Racer will be played by Emile Hirsch.
After denying an offer with the owner of the worlds greatest race, Speed has to face the challenges of fixed races. He teams up his family and his girl friend Trixie to try to stop the owner of the Royalton (the big race). He also teams up with his rival racer x. One of the reasons I will go to this film is because Racer X is played by Matthew Fox, one of my favorite actors. So for there have been two trailer for this film, the first seemed to flashy and too cartoony, but the second trailer was great.

Will the Hulk be Incredible?

This is the sequel to the 2003 Hulk. Director Louis Leterrier said that this film, unlike the first, will be more true to the comic series and the television series the Incredible Hulk. In case you don't know about this character his name is Bruce Banner who transforms into a giant green monster when ever he gets angry. Bruce Banner or the Hulk was played by Eric Bana in the first film, but will be played by Edward Norton in this film. The plot of this film is that Bruce Banner is on the run from the army. And the army wants the formula for the super soldier from Banner. They use this formula to create a new "Hulk" creature. This creature is called the Abomination. In the comic series the Abomination was a large lizard monster. He is larger and more powerful than the Hulk. So far only one trailer has been released for this film and it gets an 8 out of 10 by me.

Returning shows

Finaly that the strike is behind us, we can return to our regular TV watching schedule. Most shows return as early as next week and as late as next year. Here's a list of shows and when they return to TV:

Pirates...4?

Yeah, first Spidey 4 and now Pirates of the Caribbean 4! As much as I would love to see another Pirates movie, it might just be over kill. Unlike Spider-man, Pirates 4 is not 100%. Johnny Depp has say that he would love to return as Captain Jack Sparrow in a sequel. Geoffrey Rush has also expressed interest in returning as Captain Barbosa. Unfortunately Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightly might not return. So the film will focus on the further adventures on Jack Sparrow. The film may or may not be about the fountain of youth (As hinted at the end of Pirates 3). Who knows, this movie might actually be good?

Possible Spiderman 4

That's right my friends, there WILL be a Spider-man 4. Sony has announced that due to the popularity of this particular comic book character there will be at least three more sequels. It is still unknown if director Sam Raimi will return for more Spider-man films. It is still a mystery if Tobey Maguire of Kirsten Dunst will return as the main character. It has been rumored that actor Dylan Baker who plays Dr. Curt Connors has frequently expressed interest in playing the character's alter ego the menacing lizard. It has also been rumored by Raimi that the Sinister six might be introduced. In case you are not a Spidey fan the sinister six consists of Doc Oc, Mysterio, Electro, Sandman, Kraven the hunter, and the Vulture. Both the sandman and Doc Oc have been introduced. Unfortunately for the sinister six Doc Oc was killed. The symbiote clone Carnage might also appear in the next film. But rumors of a Venom film (Venom was the symbiote villain is Spider-man 3) in the future. But it is 100% that there will be another film.
